It is the production of perfumes or fragrance products bearing your brand name and design, rather than the manufacturer's brand. You agree on scent, concentration, packaging and quantities with ZAN AROMA, and we manufacture, fill and pack to the approved specifications.
What is the difference between Private Label, OEM and ODM?
Private Label means preparing the product with your brand identity. OEM usually refers to manufacturing to your approved specifications, while ODM includes the manufacturer's involvement in product development and design. The actual scope is defined in the project quotation, as these services may overlap.
What is the minimum order quantity?
The standard minimum for finished goods is 1,000 units per fragrance and per product type. Some packaging and customization options have different requirements, so we confirm the final quantity after reviewing your specifications. Share your planned volume so we can suggest a practical range.
Can I order samples before production?
Yes. The scent and sample are approved before commercial production starts. You can choose from our fragrance library or request custom development. Development, sample preparation and shipping costs depend on the request and destination, and are explained before dispatch.
Can I develop an exclusive fragrance for my brand?
We can discuss developing a scent around your fragrance brief and target market. Exclusivity, formula usage rights and their scope must be agreed separately in writing. Approving a sample or paying a development fee does not automatically grant formula ownership or exclusivity.
What can be customized?
The fragrance direction, concentration, fill volume, bottle, cap, label and outer box can be customized. We review component availability, feasibility and minimum quantities before confirming artwork and pricing.
Do you make home fragrances as well as personal perfumes?
We manufacture personal perfumes, body mists, room and linen sprays, reed diffusers, car fragrances and scented candles. Bulk fragrance oil supply can also be discussed. Each category has its own formulation, packaging and production requirements.
How long does production take?
Production typically takes around 25–35 working days after receipt of the deposit, scent and artwork approval, and availability of packaging components. Sample development, custom packaging and shipping may require additional time. The schedule is confirmed in the project quotation.
Can you use my own packaging or artwork?
Yes. We review your drawings or packaging samples for compatibility with filling and the intended product. If you supply components, we coordinate specifications, quantities and delivery dates before scheduling production.
Which documents can I request with the products?
We review the documents required for the product and importing country, such as safety data sheets, ingredient and allergen information, and quality and origin documents available for the project. Ask our team for the documents applicable to your order and relevant certificate copies before approval.
Do you prepare products for export from Türkiye?
Yes. We coordinate orders for shipment from Istanbul with the importer or carrier. Transport method, cost and documents depend on the formula, volume and destination; some fragrance products may have specific transport requirements.
What information is needed for a quotation?
Send the product type, fill volume, number of scents, quantity per scent and sales destination, plus reference packaging images or artwork if available. Include your target unit budget and expected launch date so we can suggest suitable options.
